About Amy

When life feels hard or just hard to explain
Amy Baglietto, Psychotherapist
You might not know exactly what’s wrong.
Just that something doesn’t feel right.
Maybe you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or tired of holding things together on your own.
You don’t need to have the right words to begin.
Accredited Psychotherapist
BSc Honours degree in Integrative Counselling from Roehampton University
I’m an accredited psychotherapist with over ten years of experience working with adults in private practice.
I trained in integrative counselling, which means I don’t work in a fixed or formulaic way. I pay attention to you as a person, how you think, how you cope, and what’s been shaping your experience over time.
In sessions, I’m not sitting back analysing you or rushing to give advice. I’m alongside you, helping you make sense of things in a way that actually feels clear and usable.
My work is grounded, thoughtful, and straightforward. I take it seriously, but I don’t overcomplicate it.
Areas I support clients with:
Stress, overthinking & burnout
Friendship issues and loneliness
Men’s mental health
ADHD and neurodiversity
Anxiety and depression
Family dynamics and relationship struggles
Self-harm and suicidal thoughts
Low self-esteem and confidence
Work pressures and life transitions
Shame and self-criticism
